<span class="text"><font color="#333333" class="text"> <p><span style="color: rgb(128, 128, 0); "><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'; ">I guess you could say I got my start in 1974 at the ripe age of 14. That was when my grandfather...the family's official keeper of the memories...gave me my first camera. The rest is...as they say...history.<br /> <br /> My photographic career began as a professional Horse and Dog Show photographer. But months on the road following the show circuits was grueling and took me away from family and friends. I still love photographing animals though, and I enjoy any opportunity to produce portraits of a cherished pet for my clients, because they're valued members of the family as well.<br /> <br /> In 1980, my best friend asked me to photograph her wedding. Word got around and before I knew it, I had found my lifelong passion...wedding photography. Since then I've been rewarded daily by what I do for a living. Capturing the love between two people and all the emotions of their wedding day is what I truly love to do and I wouldn't trade a moment of it.<br /> <br /> In my free time, I feed my other passion...travel and fine art photography. A friend of mine once told me..."go, do and see what you want now...you never know what might happen to prevent it." That was shortly before he died of cancer. I've been expanding my horizons, and capturing them on film ever since.<br /> <br /> Once my brides started having families of their own, I was launched into the world of family photography. One of the things I enjoy the most is seeing my clients' children grow up. Working with children has been amazing. I've learned about joy, wonder, and laughing till your face hurts. And...after photographing young leukemia patients...I've learned what's truly important in life.<br /> <br /> Life is fleeting. Memories fade. Don't let life slip past you. Have your wedding photographed. Have your loved ones photographed.
